Hello, I live in Purcell with three amazing children, ages 17, 15, and 8. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and a master’s degree in Human Resources, combining my academic background with a passion for people and wellness. I am a devoted advocate of health and fitness, and I maintain an active lifestyle that reflects my commitment to well-being. 

I  have a deep love for travel and adventure, which I enthusiastically share with my family. From the beaches of Mexico and Hawaii to the rugged wilderness of Alaska and the romantic streets of Paris, I have planned and experienced a wide variety of destinations with my kids — truly showing them the world, literally.
